Individual Leadership Coaching
Whether you're stepping into your first leadership role or carrying a team through change, here is what working with me actually looks like.

What coaching is and what it isn't
What is executive coaching?
Coaching is a thinking partnership. You bring your real situations (the difficult conversation you're postponing, the team that went quiet, the change nobody asked for), and I create a safe space to think them through: I listen, observe, ask, and reflect without judgment or an agenda of my own.
What a coach does NOT do:
- I don't give advice or tell you how to lead your team.
- I don't mentor, consult, or provide therapy.
- I don't set your direction. You do.
A coach doesn't drive the car for you. A coach helps you make sure you're actually going in the right direction and that you'd notice if you weren't.
How is this different from talking to a friend or a colleague?
A friend wants to comfort you. A colleague has their own stake in the situation. A coach has only one interest: your clarity and growth. And unlike well-meaning advice, coaching works with your answers, which is why the changes last.
How we work
1. Introductory conversation
A free 30-minute introductory conversation. You share what you're navigating; we see whether we're a fit. Coaching works when the chemistry is right. That's what this conversation is for.
2. Setting direction
We agree on your goals and how we'll know coaching is working.
3. Monthly sessions
You bring your real situations; I ask, listen, and hold up the mirror. Between sessions, you experiment in real life.
4. Review
We regularly step back and check: are we going in the right direction? If something isn't working, we talk about that too.
What I expect from you
Honesty
With me, and more importantly, with yourself.
Willingness to be uncomfortable
The useful questions are rarely the comfortable ones
Experimentation between sessions
Real life is where the change happens; our sessions are where you make sense of it
FAQ
In which language do we work?
Estonian, English or Russian.
Is it confidential?
Completely. What is said in our sessions stays between us. This also holds when your employer pays for the coaching. For corporate engagements, we agree upfront on what (if anything) we report back, and it is never the content of our conversations.
How do I know coaching is working?
We define success together at the start, and we review progress regularly.
What if I'm not sure coaching is what I need?
That's exactly what the free introductory conversation is for. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need a mentor, a therapist, or simply a vacation. And if so, I'll tell you.
What does it cost?
We'll discuss pricing at the introductory session; it depends on the scope we agree on. For organizations, terms are agreed upon in a contract.
