Who I am
This website (helenakuket.com) is operated by Helena Kuket, an executive coach based in Tallinn, Estonia. I control the personal data described below.

What data I collect and why
When you send me a message through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. I use this only to reply.
When you book an introductory session, I collect your name, email address, the time slot you choose, and, if you fill it in, your answer to "What would you like to talk about?" I use this to schedule and hold the session, and to send you confirmation and reminder emails.
When you visit the site, my website provider (Wix) collects standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited to run the site securely and provide me with anonymous visit statistics.
I do not collect any data beyond what is described here, and I do not ask for special categories of data (such as health information) through this website.
What happens in coaching sessions
Anything you share during a coaching session stays between us. I keep only brief private notes to support our work together. I don't share these notes with anyone, including an employer who pays for the coaching. Where an organization sponsors the coaching, we agree in advance what, if anything, is reported back, and it never includes the content of our conversations.
Who else processes your data
To run this practice, I use a small number of service providers who process data on my behalf:

Wix — website hosting, contact form, and booking system

Google Workspace — email and calendar

Google Meet — video sessions
These providers process your data under my instructions and are bound by their own data protection commitments. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep your data

Contact form messages: up to 2 years, then deleted

Booking records and session notes: up to 3 years after our work ends, then deleted

You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

receive a copy of your data in a portable format

withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
